A few fun facts

I love peanut butter smoothies; Cleveland is the City; my favorite number is 24; I’m a sucker for a good craft beer; I’ll play just about any sport – including ultimate frisbee; I’ve snowboarded once; and I’ve never broken a bone. I’m a firm believer in working hard, chasing dreams, and striving for a career that I can be passionate about. The inspiring words of the Holstee Manifesto are a personal favorite.



A look into my life

Having lived in the Midwest my entire life, I take advantage of the warmer months as much as possible — winters can be tough. I live for being active, experiencing design in the world, and appreciating family and friends. I hold down the corners of the infield on my softball team, appreciate a good jump rope and a set of stairs, and have a hard time turning down a nice bonfire. The people and things around me help shape my life, design, style, and way of thinking.

In 2015, I joined the Cleveland Cavaliers on a journey to their first NBA championship in 52 years. As the Art Director within Cavaliers marketing team, I’ve worked to reshape the vision of our in-house design team; build a creative process; fine tune our brand; and develop a culture of creativity.

Prior to the Cavaliers, I was fortunate to work with some of the best teams in Minor League Baseball for 10 years. Teams that continue to break attendance records, attract national media attention, and rank in the Top 20% of MiLB merchandise sales.

I’ve built a deep understanding of the creative, marketing, and entertainment aspects of the sports industry; gained the experience of effectively building and managing a in-house creative team from the ground up; developed branding solutions across several sports properties; obtained a clear understanding of marketing objectives and ticketing philosophies; and explored a multitude of fan engagement styles and technologies. I love where I’ve been, and I’m just as passionate about where I’m being led.
